While in the short-term, BirdLife is seeking to make improvements to observation on the fleets that pose a hazard to penguins, in order that motion can be taken to minimise the reduction of these exceptional birds.This includes industrial trawl vessels from the coast of Argentina and scaled-down-scale gill-netters in Argentina and southern Brazil.
